The C C Land Exhibition PIERRE BONNARD: The Colour of Memory, Tate Modern, London 23rd January to 6th May 2019

Bonnard is often called a ‘painter of happiness’ but his love life tells a different story. Bonnard and Marthe de Méligny lived together for over 50 years. She was his lover, wife and muse. An Ocean of Air: Every breath you take

We Live in an Ocean of Air

We Live in an Ocean of Air by Marshmallow Laser Feast at the Saatchi Gallery, London 7th December 2018 to 5th May 2019

This awe-inspiring virtual reality installation is about breathing, a simple act but one that connects us with all other life forms on the planet. We might know about this cycle of life but we rarely reflect on it. Even less often do we act on this fact. The aim of We Live in an Ocean of Air is to restore our connection with nature by enveloping us in the ecosystem surrounding a giant sequoia tree, the largest living organism on the planet. This is art that makes you think and feel.
